Programs
| Initial 75 minute consultation is $200. Individual Sessions are $150 each. 1. Pantry makeover – a one day program were we will work with you in your kitchen to identify and remove foods with harmful ingredients, create a weekly grocery list to substitute these foods with more healthful and tasty alternatives and accompany you to your local health food store to shop for replacements. The session includes a client health history plus several easy breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner recipes - a great choice for busy individuals or families who want to make healthy, delicious meals without a lot of fuss. $650. 2. Transformation – a three month one on one program for people who have struggled with fluctuating weight, chronic diseases, low energy levels, mood swings, or individuals who just want to look or feel better. This is a weekly consultation where we become your ‘nutritional and health conscious’ life coach based on each individual need. $2400 3. Cooking classes – a six week ongoing program for groups or individuals at your home, school, or community center where will teach you the tools that are imperative for ultimate health and proper aging. We make cooking fun and easy, from snacks to full scale meals. $40 per person for classes of six or more. 4. Lectures – a ninety minute interactive speaking series where participants learn how to increase their productivity by making simple food choice throughout the day. Food effects every aspect of our lives, and while we think of food only in terms of health or weight loss, food actually controls our moods, choices in relationships, our immune system, aging, and just about everything else. We teach you how to optimize and take control of your life through very simple, but life altering choices. $500. 5. Children’s programs – a three month class taught in schools or at home with parents which empowers kids to become ‘food detectives’. Kids will learn how to fuel their bodies and create a healthier future through fun-filled positive food choices (yes, that includes brownies, cookies, chips, ice creams, and any other foods they love). This interactive workshop will teach and inspire your children to be the chef of their own lives, and how to cook simple healthy, but delicious snacks and desserts.
