From the moment we are born we look for ways to feel nourished and we adapt to certain eating habits and self-care behavior patterns. To make changes, we need to become aware of how our choices affect us and how our physical and emotional habits keep us stuck in old, less beneficial patterns.
We need to consider our emotional well-beings when we change how we eat and live. As we learn to make new choices, we can slowly leave behind the habits that no longer serve us. We can live in a direct and powerful relationship with our "selves" and our nourishment.
